  • 1.  WIP Transfer done - Hours still remain on old project

    I followed the below to transfer the amounts - however, the hours still remain on the old project

     

    I even checked the Create WIP Adjustments screen, but it does not show any transactions for the old project. If I check the old project, it shows actuals - how's that possible?

     

    I ran the following:

    Import Financial Actuals

    Investment Allocation

     

    Issue still persists - any suggestion(s)?

    Hi,

    How about the PPA_WIP table.. Have these transactions changed the Status appropriately there..?

    It's on demand - so, cannot check

     

    Any way I can see where would the records be coming from?

    Did you approve the adjustment?

    Also I hope these were from a manual voucher, rather than timesheets (Best practice is to adjust the timesheet)

    Even on demand, you can query the transactions with some simple NSQL

    I agree with Andrew. They must be voucher entries. If you want to transfer the hours then use the timesheet adjustment.
