    Hi Gaspar,

You can activate the web connection concurrent user kpi data

You can find into Servicedesk -> Kpı Data menu

When you activate,  by default system is write concurrent connection count to the Kpi table hourly

    Best Regards
    Türker

    Hi Gaspar,

Just to add on what Turker and Jon mentioned...

Just installing or enabling the KPI data to be collected is not sufficient. The data collected in those tables may not make sense to you if just view then as raw as they are from the tables. There is a OOTB CABI report that you can run to get the graphical view of this info in a meaningful manner. This report is based on the KPI data collected over time. See also the tech doc below:

How to find the number of web engine licenses count in Service Desk R12?

    Kind Regards,

    Brian

Hello... I'm also trying to find our high water licence usage for SDM 14.1.05.  The ServiceDesk> KPIs list is empty so I don't see anything to turn on as described in the post above.

I've also searched through BI (CABI 4), but I don't see any canned reports to retrieve data - if there is any being collected somewhere.

    Any suggestions?

    thanks
    Jeff

    Jeff.........

Have you changed your search filter in ADMINISTRATION->SERVICEDESK->KPIs to show INACTIVE records?

My OOTB 14.1 CUM#5 environment has 54 inactive KPI records listed.

I put up a link if conversion between TEC and Article numbers is needed here:
