  • 1.  Sorting a UIM Probe cfg file

I have created a probe, and it has a large configuration file.

Something like monitoring a switch/firewall monitoring each interface/rule.

The interface/rules are numbered, but they are build on the go, so by now the config file is a mess, and is hard to manage and find sections quickly.

Is there anyone who has an Idea of how to sort the file, or a way to maintain the section order so the file will not become a mess.

    Thanks

The only thing I can think of is to create subsections, which would keep it from being one big list of monitors. If you are already doing that, I can't think of any other way to clean it up.
