Clarity

Hi All,

In clarity version 7.5.3, we are unable to find allocation in Team Details. The Team Detail page on a project should show a daily/weekly/monthly allocation profile graphically or in number of hours depending on configuration. Whatever Time Scaled Value Column Setting options I select on whatever project I look at I get no results returned in the allocation section. Also getting "The time periods requested do not exist. Review the column's Time Scale settings" selecting on Resource allocation. Could you please help me here.

The system timeslice settings affect whether that screen can display data or not (in which case it displays that message).

Check that your 'Time Slicing' job has been running and that your timeslices are setup "correctly" (system slices are used by that screen I think).

Also, 7.5.3 - wow thats very out-of-support.
