Hi,

can it be possible that the automailer can include an attachment when incident is transferred from one team to another.

This is not supported at the moment, only Manual Notifications - in 14.1 - have this ability, to add a file as attachment to the Email sent.

Hi Nupur,

Currently there is no functionality to have auto-notifications send an attachments at this time.  This would be an enhancement which you can post here as an "idea" in the communities.
