How does a 3rdparty consume notifications from CA SDM for something like ticket creation, update etc.
- Can notifications be subscribed on JMS topic on which CA SDM would push
- What is the way to configure such notifications on CA SDM
Vidyadhar, I think you mean email notification. SDM sends emails according to your configuration. After you recieve
the email, what you do with it is totally up to you. For example, you may have some script scan your Inbox and read/remove the emails and perform some actions accordingly. Or maybe I am totally not on the point? Thanks _Chi
No. I am aware of email notifications. I was expecting other form of consumption like on configured messaging topics. So it seems there is no support for it. Thanks anyways.
