We always want to measure the work rather than the worker, be advised that this sort of metric is an anti-pattern to good Agile practices. That said, sometimes we are asked by our management for this information so they can easily see open capacity. When I was asked, I created an iteration filtered dashboard, and added the kanban board app. For the columns, I created a custom drop-down "Days" that had Monday - Friday values. I created stories for what I was working on and dragged them to the appropriate day. I color-coded the cards based on story type, e.g. blue for internal meetings, yellow of time off, green for training, etc
