    There is some information if Service Management 14.1 will become compatible with Jasper 6.3?

    If yes, there are a date where this compatibility will start?

    Hi Paulo,

    Currently there is no known plan to certify CABI 6.3 with CASM 14.1.  This is currently being discussed by product management.  What you can do here is post an idea here on the community so that folks can vote for it
