 I have integrated Spectrum with CAPM, whether it integration takes over the qos part in PM,or again i need open the SNMP communication from Data collector to end devices ?

Do you want to know if you need to open snmp ports for DC to poll end devices even after integrating with CA Spectrum? If this is your question then "yes".

CA PM and CA Spectrum poll the devices directly for performance and fault information and if you are managing any device using CA PM you need to have ports open for DC to communicate with the end devices 

After devices come over through the integration and are discovered on the DA, the CAPM data collector polls the devices at that point
