In the new UI, I am receiving following error " Unable to open the timesheet data". Basically Timesheet link does not work.
Its is solved now.
I disabled the new user experience and timesheet then navigated to Classic timesheet view, clicked show all button (motive was to check whether old version of ui has same issue or not) then again enabled the new ui and timesheet and then it worked properly.
Did you enable the timesheet from Administration?
Yes I have done that. After I clicked on timesheet icon I got this message after a long time of wait:
The selected resource's time tracking settings are not correct. Check that the resource's settings have Open for Time Entry turned on and the Track Mode is set.
When I switch back to classic view and open timesheet they are working fine. Able to see the timesheets there.
Couple of things you can check
1. Check for "Resource Open for time entry"
2. Ensure CSK addin is installed and applied
3. Check in the app-ca log what errors you are getting
Is it a development environment?if yes, Please restart all the services.
And check Resource Timesheet settings as well.
1. Open for Time entry
2. Track Mode
3. Date of Termination
