One of the nice features of the on-prem version of CDD is being able to invoke deployments with CA RA.  The cloud version does not list this as an endpoint, presumably because it's more difficult to traverse across firewalls.  Is the intention for those wanting to trigger CA RA deployments from the cloud to use the generic REST endpoint, and open appropriate ports in the firewall?  If so, can we rely on a specific IP range from which those calls would be sourced?

    Hi Tim,

We are definitely going to support this scenario. Can we have a call around this to understand the requirements?

    Hey,

did you two already had this call? anything to share with us all?

The point was to connect the CDD SaaS solution with your local CA-RA, right?

    best regards

    Hi Michael yes we discussed.

We will have a support of CDD SaaS working with local CA-RA. our R&D team are working on a secured solution for this

    Hi All,

The Plugin proxy is available on the support site.  This proxy allows communication between the Continuous Delivery Director SaaS solution and on premise systems.  So, to follow your example, you can call an on premise Release Automation System from the SaaS version.
