  • 1.  ADA: Version 10.0.x: Can SuperAgentSync and SuperagentEMail files be deleted?

    Posted May 03, 2017 12:12 PM

    Hello,

We are running MTP/ADA 10.0.x and since install date of ADA, in the "CA" directory, I have 2 daily files in it going back to the install date, the files are:

SuperAgentSync2015-01-26.Application.SuperAgentDataSource and SuperAgentEMail2015.Applicaction.Console, the sync files seems to be a log of mssql daily maint, and the Email file is a log of the email alerts sent daily since Install of ADA.

Is it ok to remove files and leave like 30 days worth?

    Regards,
    Pat

This is a straight ADA/MTP issue. Moving to IM group

These are just log files, you can safely delete them or move them if needed.

SuperAgentSync*.log is the log file for CAPC/NPC sync with ADA.

SuperAgentEMail*.log tracks any emails triggered by ADA.
