New to PPM and I'm wondering if there is either a portlet or a way to pull up all the resources belonging to an OBS, see how either over or under utilized they are an "expand their line" to see what projects they are assigned to?

• IT Operations (OBS)
  • Resource 1 - 50% utilized
    • Project A - .xx of time
    • Project B - .xx of time
    • Project C - .xx of time
  • Resource 2 - 80% Utilized
    • Project A - .xx of time
    • Project B - .xx of time
    • Project C - .xx of time
  • Resource 3 - 100% Utilized
    • Project A - .xx of time
    • Project B - .xx of time
    • Project C - .xx of time
