Can you customize the finalize button on ITPAM forms, as well as customize the closing response message when completing a task.

I'm not aware of an out-of-the-box way to change the "Finish" button, but to present the user with some message after clicking finish, use the "onSubmit" section of the form design.  Under the "Script" button (top toolbar in the form designer) there is a section that shows examples.  myAlert is one of those examples which will allow you to present an alert to the user.  This can then be used with the onSubmit to present the message to the user when they submit the form.
