I have the default integration setup with zendesk from flowdock. Whenever a ticket is updated in zendesk, the Target is notified and the update is created in Flowdock. The inbox in flowdock shows the correct item count for updates. E.g. it says 5 or 10 or whatever based on the updates. However, it still creates a new item in the inbox instead of grouping them all together.
Is this expected behavior or should I see only one inbox item per zendesk ticket with all the updates in it?
