  • 1.  Creating CO tickets in mobile app & Xflow

    Hi Team,

     

    We are on r14.1.03.2 CA SDM and we have multitenancy enabled in our environment. In our env we mostly raise change orders, since we are planning to use mobility and xflow, just wanted to know if the same is supported in both applications. I checked both applications and couldnt find any option to create the CO Tickets. 

    Please let me know if we have to configure or enable any options so as to allow CO Creation.

    Both modules right now only let you create tickets (requests/incidents) and not change orders. Those items are in consideration as features/ideas list for future
