  • 1.  Update Multiple Service Desk Tickets in UI

    Does anyone know how to update multiple service desk tickets and close ticket using the UI? Edit in list will work for changing status of tickets but how to update information in a list of tickets? Can I add a field to the edit in list that could be updated for all tickets in list?

    The following TECDOC should provide a template on how to add a new field to the Edit in List option - How do I add the Group column to the Request List form for purposes of "Edit-In-List"?

    This is useful information. I need to add comment field in the edit in list and do not see what field to use for that. Ideally, the activity log comment is what I want but do not think that is doable.

    Any suggestions?

    I don't think that will be easy to accomplish OOTB.
