  • 1.  Is there a way to bulk assign users to project teams?

    Hi.   Is there a way to bulk assign personnel to the various projects within AC?   We have 230 people who need to be assigned to 20 different teams- and I don't want to do that through the GUI.      Any spreadsheet import capabilities available or other methods?   The usual way to do it is to go to to Workspaces and Projects, drill down to the team, edit users, change the flag of team member from No to Yes.  Thanks!

    There's no way to do this in bulk through the UI or the import tools, but there's a Ruby kit available at GitHub - RallyTools/Rally-User-Management  that might help. I've never used it but I think that if you have the right resources to implement it then maybe you'll find it useful.Hope that helps.
