    Dear All,

     

    currently we can attached incident with the problem ticket how can we modify it to search for request as well attached the request with the problem.

    Hi farooq,

     

    Just checking.

     

    You want to be able to attach a Request to a Problem.

     

    Is that it?

     

    I don't think you can out-of-the-box.  Incidents are tied to Problems because of ITIL. 

     

    Someone will probably tell me though that they've done it . . .

    for the reply ya i know out of box covered only tickets which are logged as incident but what about those tickets which are logged as request but later identified as incidents then it will not appear on the list of attaching incident.

    There's a "Create Incident" button at the top of the Request screen.
