    I am new to CA Communities, i.e. I've never really used it before.  How does one go about find, joining and just having overall discussions on the use of CA-SDM for Problem Management and/or Problem Management best practices?

    Welcome to the CA Service Management Community!

     

    You can simply post a question or start a discussion via the icons at the top of the CA Service Management Community homepage.

     

    In the top right hand corner, there is a SEARCH icon (magnifying glass) where you can enter search terms (i.e. Problem Management) and review already posted content.
