Out of the BOX BO Reports are not working

Hi We recently upgraded out BO Server to BOXI 3.3 SP2 and having Clarity 14.2 SP11. We are unable to run any of the reports available in CSP folder.

 

We are getting error like this.when running missing time report or any other report.

Error in formula no_data: 'IsNull (Count ({Command.resource_id}))' This field name is not known. 

 

This seems like we are unable to connect the database. WE have checked the following things...

CABI (32 bit version installed)

we also have 32 bit data source ODBC on server

CSA has correct setting

Create BO Users and Update BO Objects job ran successfully

 

Any thoughts?
