  • 1.  Staging job folder creation failed on some scalability servers

    Hello,

     

    I have near 270 SS on my environment. Most of them installed on Windows 10 Pro operating system. Last day I realized that I can not stage Software packages to them. These computers are cloned with ghost image and used TEC1857953  and TEC1548924 documents.

    When I try to stage any package it fails and I see below messages on Event Viewer;

    • Job Container Stage Test failed ca://usd/system - exception: name= VersionError comment= read: usd_actproc location= T@:ps\entityc.cxx:486 C@:ps\collection.cxx:287 T@:ps\collection.cxx:306 C@:FoldJob\jobcont.cxx:7340 T@:FoldJob\jobcont.cxx:7343 C@:FoldJob\jobcont.cxx:7386
    • Job Container Stage Test computer job build failed. ca://usd/system
    • Job completed for Auto Set Server Address 1.0 delivery proc. Successful: 0 computers. Unsuccessful: 0 computers. Target computer group:  - job ordered by

    Do you have any idea about this problem?

    You need to open a support request as you will need to run a couple of SQL scripts to fix the corruption, and depending on the release a test fix to stop it happening again.
