Any tips on troubleshooting "Access Denied" messages while trying to discover windows 2012 R2 server through WMI protocol. User has administrative access on the server.

We would need to see the discovery server log at level 5, once the discovery run has been complet. That will show why its being denied.

this is usually a Group policy setting that is interfering as out of the box remote WMI is allowed.

You can use the windows WMI tool to test from the robot where the RSP probe is to connect and see if that works.

Should it not engage the system admin to help resolve the local policy preventing remote connection.
