    Sandbox is not supported as part of normal CA Support, Mike manages the sandbox and he can coordinate accordingly

    You can also contact Mike by going to the Clarity PPM overview page -> 'Create PPM Sandbox Account' -> 'Request Now' will send Mike an email.
