Am getting below error while Scheduling a report. How to fix this error.
What is the CABI version you are running?
Did you try restarting the job server from CMC console and then retry scheduling of reports?

Ans i didn't restart any thing. How to do the same. Can you please explain.
A step by Procedure,that will be better for understanding the concept.
Login to the Central Management Console (CMC) as the CABI Administrator
Click on SERVERS followed by SERVER LIST
Right click AdaptiveJobServer (should be 1st one on the list) and select RESTART
I have been restarted the server,Still getting the same error.
But now am getting below mentioned error. How to resolve the same.
Check if CA Service Desk Manager ODBC Data Access service is running or not.
Where to check.
In My server, no such service is their with this name.
CA Service Desk Manager ODBC Data Access service is available on the server where SDM is installed.
Service Desk Manage ODBC Data Access service is already running on the SDM server.

Try restarting the ODBC services on the SDM server and see if the error still remains
Are you still having issues with scheduled CABI reports running?
If the temp directory path for the Job Server is too long, the schedule may fail. To modify the DeskI Job Server temp directory path -Log on to the CMC. -Click Server > Desktop_IntelligenceJobServer > Properties. -Modify Temp Directory with a shorter path.
add Xmx12g ( i added 12 Gb, but we can start from 2g, 4g)
