We have a requirement to integrate siebel with ca sdm. is there a possibility to achieve this???
There is no OOTB integration to Siebel, but you can certainly achieve this with Webservices.
In a short summary what is the intent of the integration and what data must flow between SDM and Siebel? Just curious to understand the requirement for the benefit of the community so we can try to give you a few options on how you can meet the business need ;-)
we actually require to have issues currently logged on our siebel installation flow into the servicedesk and vice versa. SO the calls log on Siebel will be sync with sdm also
The webservices integration should suffice.

one thing more, Is there any limitation in sdm 12.6 to integrate it with third party application i.e Siebel?? As we are running sdm 12.6 currently.. please advise that in the current version can we achieve this integration thru web services?
There are no limitations at all. You can use webeservices on that version and any of the latest version
As Brian stated, while there are no limitations per-se, 12.6 had been end of regular support cycle for a while now. Have you started planning on upgrades to a newer supported release?
I would suggest reconsidering bringing in a brand new integration into an SDM release that's been off support cycle for a while.
