  • 1.  TDM logs not in the system local time...!!!

    I was just trying to browse through the TDM logs that get published by the CA TDM portal but found that all the logs are getting generated in the UTC time zone and not the local system time. May be I am missing something in the tool settings here but I tried checking the application.properties and found nothing which is used for this case.

     

    Anyone has any idea about what changes do we need to do for getting the logs in the system time.

     

    Will be a more convenient and easy way to track things :-)

    Hi Ashima, 

     

    The log times are based off of the machine's time where TDM is installed. Is it installed on a local machine in your time zone or a server in UTC time zone?

    It is installed on my local machine in my time zone :-)

    Hi Ashimi, 

     

    You can edit this in your logback-tdm.xml file. By default this is located at C:\Program Files\CA\CA Test Data Manager Portal\conf.
