Hi,

I would like to place servers in Maintenance mode which are using net_Connect profile ( Ping mdoe devices).

I don't see maintenance mode option in those devices. please help to achieve this,

I tried to exlcude  the alerts through AO in NAS, but not feasible as OPS team cannot do this like normal activity.

please provide any other suggestions.

You do want to place the servers which are being monitored using  net_connect in maintenance mode or do you want to suppress only the net_connect alerts for these servers?

If its the complete server maintenance you should be able to create a group of those servers and set a maintenance schedule on the group in USM

If only the net_connect alerts are to be suppressed , then it needs to be done from NAS AO Pre-Processing rules
