I need to add Config Item location to the incident view so we may use it in the widgets.

We track our incidents via CI location.

I would like for someone with Xtraction experience to walk me thru this.

First, you must have an Enterprise License to modify the Xtraction Data Model - this is where new fields are added.  If you do not have this or do not know, then please refer to these instructions from CA:

Cannot add view to existing Xtraction Data Model using the Xtraction Data Model Editor.

Do you have the Data Model Editor Guide?  The latest version is here:

Xtraction 2017.1 Downloads & Instructions | Ivanti User Community

This has a walk-through of adding references to other tables.

Quick correction - you dont actually need the enterprise data model license to add custom fields, you only need that to add data sources      You should be able to add a custom field to the data model using the license purchased through CA for Xtraction.  As J_W pointed out, the link he provided to the Ivanti community which has the data model editor instructions should give you the info you need to add the custom field.

    Thanks,

How can I copy a file from one folder and save it to another folder without opening the file then save a copy to another folder, this is time consuming when i have to copy multiple files from one folder to another.

Is there a easy way to do this?

    Thanks.

    Ben,

I think you should open this as a new Discussion/Question as it does not relate to this one.

That being said, I do not remember an easier way to copy reports from one folder to another other than the way you described.  I just ran through the different folder interfaces and, as you mentioned, I can only move reports in bulk.
