    Cdm 6.0 not supporting for below OS. Please suhhest.

    Windows Server 2003 "R2" Enterprise x64 Edition
    Windows Server 2008 Enterprise Edition, 64-bit
    Windows Server 2003 Enterprise x64 Edition
    Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition, 64-bit

    cdm release doesn't  explicitly specify that they dropped support for any of the Windows OS recently. What is the error you see when you try to deploy cdm ?

     

    I see CA dropped support for older OS (2003 and 2008) with Robot 7.91, may be this is causing the issue for you?

    Getting error (down) and pid value is not generating.

    Take a look at the log file , that will give you better visibility into what is wrong with the cdm probe . If you don't find anything there, take a look at the controller log too

     

    Increase the log level and try to start and see if its writes mode info

    Yeah that old version of the probe I remember i had a case opened on it b/c it broke on specific OS's.

    Fixed Defects:

    • The probe did not work when it was deployed on the following environments:
      • Citrix servers Support case numbers 751573, 748606, 246143
      • Windows 2008 servers (64-bit) Support case numbers 747868, 739472
      • Windows 2003 servers (64-bit) Support case number 700981

    You have to use the latest version 6.30.
