Hello regarding CDM technical documentation in Solaris systems,CDM use /proc/stat for cpu and memory counters and /proc/loadavg for PROC_QUEUE_LEN counter, but if these files do not exist, how CDM does to get this values? Please some help?Regards
Actually on Solaris for CPU info cdm uses "/usr/bin/mpstat" command
For Memory usage it uses system call sysconf(_SC_AVPHYS_PAGES) which gives the number of physical memory pages not currently in use by system which is multiplied by the page size and subtracted from the physical memory.
Thanks a. Lot Phani
load average is into mpstat too or is taken from a diferent file?
again regards
”/usr/bin/uptime" command is used for load data on Solaris
Thanks a lot Phani
Best regards
