    Please guide me for installation of IT PAM. I have installed CA SDM 14.1,EEM,JDK1.6. How can I install this IT PAM? Please guide.

    Good morning.  What version of Process Automation are trying to install?  Here is the documentation for 4.3.1.

    There is also a knowledge document available that walks you step by step. It is titled for 4.2 but the steps are the same.
