CA Service Management

Hi Everyone, 

I have a question on CA SM SDM.

One of our customer stated that they are working on importing configuration data from AWS to CMDB.

they are interested to know if someone has already tried done this before. Is it done using scripts or GrLoader or any other method.

Please suggest if anyone has done it previously, an early response will be a great help.

Hi Ashutosh - when you say AWS are you referring to Amazon Web Services?  If so, I have not heard of anyone importing CI data from AWS into CMDB.  However, if you could export from AWS to a spreadsheet format or CSV, you could then configure that spreadsheet to use it with GRLoader to load those CIs into CMDB that way.

I've used CA PAM to import CI's, but i'm not using aws.
