  • 1.  Data_engine 8.47 v probe not working

    Hi ,

     

    Data_engine probe is not getting restarted and is in deactivate state.

     

    In log file the error is showing :-
    Controller:-max restart reached for "data_engine 8.47v" probe.

     

     

    I am not able to login to UMP home page with the credentials and its showing wrong credentials input.

     

    But the same credentilas is working for login into Infrastructure manager.

     

     

    Please let me know the way.

    set the loglevel to 3 and logsize to 35000 and try a restart

    usually the data_engine fails if the distsrv is disabled or missing

    or the license for the qos is missing or expired.
