We have created a Report for CPU Utilization for 10 servers in UMP and we have created Job in Report Scheduler to send the previous hours CPU utilization performance report for every hour. But we are getting 2 reports for this Job in every hour. When we checked the reports, 1 report is having the proper Data but the other one is having blank data. Please let us know what may be the cause of this issue.

In the scheduler , select the job you scheduled and check the history of that specific report . Take a look at the log file for the job run, that might give a clue

That's strange , two success and one failed . Does this happen for all of the schedules or just few ?

Did you try to recreate the schedule and see if that resolves the issue ?

Also on which version of UIM are you on ? 

This is Not for all the scheduled Jobs. This issue is happening only for 3 scheduled Jobs.

Also we have recreated the scheduled Jobs(From May 26, 4:30 PM IST), but Initially there were no issues, only 1 report has been generated. But the duplicate report issue has again reoccurred from the next day of schedule creation(From May 27, 2:30 AM IST). Please find the below screenshot.

UMP Version : 8.4.7

This might need a deeper look at whats happening ...did you open a ticket with Support?  This should be the best way forward for a quicker resolution

Don't you have several UMP for High-Availability purpose running?

In that case, you must absolutely un-configure the SMTP settings from one of the UMP (or remove the report scheduler portlet from one of them), because if you have Report Scheduler deployed on both, as they share the same configuration in the DB, they both run, and then you get all reports twice... (or as many times as you have running UMPs)

(sorry for the delay, I responded yesterday, but just notice my message didn't went through...)

This is what support told me to do, but this has just caused some of the reports to not be delivered at all.  We cannot disable one of the portlets, because it needs to be available on any of our UMPs since it is being load balanced.

This is a bug.
