  • 1.  Regarding Incidents in BOXI

    Hi Team,


    This is regarding the Incidents with the  ticket count closed by L1 & L2 Team separately. As all the tickets are closed by L1 team confirming with the user & as L2 team resolves the ticket,
    we need separate columns in the report as "Resolved by" & "Closed by" tabs need to be added.

    Kindly let us know how can we get these two columns in the report.

    You need to search for on alg object (act_log).

     

    or

     

    It's possible to do a spel and create 2 field to do

     

    call_req
