Hi Okik,

It seems like JVM space issue. What is that you are trying to achieve? You want to generate an encrypted password?

If so, you may run "EncryptSAMCreds.bat" from \SOI\tools folder, which would generate an encrypted string.

Actually, I want to generate an encrypted password then backup all services. Is there any way to set JVM memory for SOI? If so, I can run the backup service.

Thanks for the clarification. You may copy encrypted password string from "\CA\SOI\resources\Configurations\SSA_IFW...xml" file and then use this string to run WSSa*.cmd to backup services.
