For SC:
1- SC/Catalog/Config/Request Management Configuration (request) > PDA Support: Enable=Yes
2- SC/catalog/Offering(Per each individual service/offering: > Available from mobile devices:
If checked, request for this service can be raised using mobile app(will show in the app).
For SDM:
- REST must be installed & implemented
- To emulate the mobile app in an internet browser:
Mobile App.rar extracted into folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Service Desk Manager\bopcfg\www\CATALINA_BASE_REST\webapps\mobile
To be able to run the mobile-emulator in the web browser:
http:\\amelo01-i1660:8050/mobile
For the CA Service Management App:
On the mobile/iPhone or Android-phone:
- Download app from Apple Store or Play Store: CA Service Management
- Start the app
> URL in the app: http://<USS-Server>:<USS-Port(8686)> with userid (e.g.) spadmin/spadmin
> Home page looks okay
> SC-Requests and SDM-Incidents show and open
