Looks like something is wrong with the JSON data and this is preventing it from being saved. We may have to trace this. I would recommend you to open a Support case with us to look into it closely with Fiddler traces and app-ca logs. We can guide you on the webex on getting those. Also, see if the other status reports are getting saved or is the data having an issue on all of them, this could be important for the ticket.
