Is there any option to raise an alert if server went to hung mode. Sometimes we can't take rdp but still server is pinging. Please suggest.
You would need to check with MS on how you can monitor and diagnose rdp sessions remotely.
I would think a powershell script or something that writes to a log that logmon can read might work.
We do not have a dedicated probe that can do this currently

One way you can try..use net_connect to monitor TCP connection to a specific service on the server on a port . This way the TCP connection may not be responding if the server is hung and you can trigger a alarm
