Issue:

 

I try to access the download page for downloading SiteMinder product,
and I get error :

 

       This solution belongs to a product for which you do not have an
       active license.

 

How can I solve this ?

 

Resolution:

 

In order to sort out your rights according to the licenses you have,
we'd like you to get in touch with CA Customer Care, or contact your
CA Sales representative.
