IT Serviceportal log comment character limit warning

    Hi,

     

    we are using 14.1 version. When user tries to add comment in the ticket through service portal, sometimes user gets warning like below eventhough the characters are not more than 4096.

     

    "Ensure that the note doesnot exceed 4096 characters".

     

    Also the above warning message comes sometimes. when user tries to add comments after multiple times system will update the comment without any warnings.

     

    Does any one faced this kind of issue or any one have solution for this?

    Hi Subbarao,

     

    Check the '$NX_ROOT\site\mods\' folder if this is not due to a custom?

     

    What error do you see in the logs relating to this?
