  • 1.  how to import excel data to catalog form fields

    Hi Community,

     

    we have service catalog form and it contain a table with more than 50 fields. User has to fill all the fields to save the request. So, to improve the user experience I am looking to for other options to fill the form data.

     

    how to import the excel data to catalog form?

    Good Morning Venkat.

     

    One of the options couold be to re-design this?

    To avoid so(too) much fields to be entered.

     

    Another option could be to use WebServices method(s) to populate the form fields.
