We do not require any script knowledge to use Process Automation but depending on the use cases for your site your process developer may need JavaScript knowledge. If reading or writing to your DB they would also need SQL knowledge. If you are new to the Process Automation product, please insure you have worked with your CA Account team to discuss your use cases and to schedule the Process Automation training courses.
Please also insure your process developers have read the documentation and have gone through the tutorials in the Proc Auto UI. Thank you.
