  • 1.  Unique Notification

    I am looking to send notification on the update of one field. It is a checkbox and a PAM process will mark the field true (1) shortly after creation, if certain other conditions apply. Does anyone have a recommendation for doing this? I originally thought of using a "Field Update" activity notification, but then that will launch anytime any field is updated, if my checkbox is true. This should only happen onetime on that one checkbox. Thanks.

    You can create a new "activity notification".

     

    After you create an "activity association" for your checkbox and select the previously created "activity notification" as the Activity type.
