  • 1.  User getting HTTP Error 404 when trying to log in

    One of our users is reporting HTTP Error 404 when trying to log in to CA Agile Central using the latest version of Google Chrome.  

    Error message displayed is "Problem accessing /slm/WEB-INF/jsp/layout/errorLayout.jsp Reason:

    Not found"

    Any ideas?

     

    The user is able to log in successfully with Firefox.
