It's possible to search tickets based on property value?, if not...how can copy the value of the property to z field?
ex. action macro: zSAP_Login = propertties.0.value;

You can try to define separate search inputs for property label and value or use constant value for label for example.
Currently out of the box there is no way to do this because properties are not stored within the ticket objects themselves, but are stored in separate properties tables for the different objects. The list_in form can only search on fields within the actual incident object, for which the properties and their values do not exist. The relationship between tickets and properties are stored in the properties table - where there is a field in that table for the ticket ID, and the property ID, and the property value for that property on that ticket.
Hope this helps,
You can search tickets on the property values by using the 'Additional Search Arguments' field at the bottom of the search screen.
To search on a value in any property field, use this syntax: properties.value = 'xxxxx'
To search on a value in a specific property field, use this syntax: properties.label = 'xxxx' AND properties.value = 'xxxx'
