    We are trying to virtualize one URL. In the first step HTTP Listener 8001 we have applied two filters(x1 & x2) of type

    I would presume there's a firewall rule blocking the JDBC connection from the VSE server.  Logon to the VSE machine and see if you can telnet to the host:port of the database.

     

    It's also possible the proper JDBC driver has not been deployed to the VSE machine.
