    i need on employees interface when open a new request or incident show all items on urgency dropdown?

    Do you have this option manager enable urgency_on_employee?

    yes i have option enabled but only show me 3 value i need all values

    Jonathan, you can change the web cfg file change

    EmpUrg 0 1 2

    ESCEmpUrg 0 1 2 3

    to

    EmpUrg 0 1 2 3 4 5

    ESCEmpUrg 0 1 2 3 4 5

    and recycle the wenegine. Thanks _Chi

    Jonathan, the web cfg file is located in sdm-root-folder\bopcfg\www. Depending on your configuration, it could be

    web.cfg, web1.cfg or your machine_name_web1.cfg. Thanks _Chi
