  • 1.  Can it be used  the status_prev in the event condition?

    Hi,

    I want to update the field(ztest) to 1 when the open status is passed through the call resolved status.

    In an Update Status activity notification event,I added the conditions as follows.

     

    I am convinced that the ticket provided the conditions.The field is being updated to 1 when I remove Status Previous from the atomotic cond. list.Why is not it using the previous status in the event atomic cond. list?

    Hello Yazici,

    You could use the ***_prev attributes in condition but keep in the mind that they are local attributes.

    This means the following...

    Most of time they are blank. Only when you are editing the ticket and change that attribute, at that moment

    that ***_prev has the previous value if you change this attribute.

    In your case, it will not work as the "Status Previous" would always be blank.
